                Neglect 1: A Legal Duty to Act. Didn’t represent me in Asheville Buncombe Court Case 15CR091471 after taking $750.00 to do so, was never my attorney on record after leading me to believe he was.

                Neglect 2: Didn’t do anything he agreed to do, if you listen to the conversation on 12-31-2015 10:47am between Robert Lopez and Steve Hoskins you will hear Robert Lopez talking about all the things he was going to do, but didn’t, at the time L.A. Bob was saying these things that he had done and was going to do, he wasn't on record as being my attorney, he was just lying to me.

                Neglect 3: I couldn’t sell computer software for months because I was afraid to leave my mother’s apartment, because of neglect of Robert Lopez to go down to the Buncombe County Courthouse and enter his name as my attorney, I had a warrant for my arrest for failure to appear as you can hear me telling Robert Lopez in the conversation on 12-31-2015.                                    

All the work I did helping my mother to keep her out of a rest home was neglected by Robert Lopez when he did everything he could to have her put in an retirement home and to have me incarcerated.

                Neglect 4: I told car dealers I would be there to sell them computer software and couldn’t show up because I couldn’t go out in public with a warrant for my arrest. 

All the work I did helping my mother was destroyed by Robert Lopez, my mother died in an old folks home with Alzheimer’s because of Robert Lopez.

When I took my mother to the Oschner Clinic in New Orleans, La the doctor told me Alzheimers was caused by high cholesterol; I had Doris Marsh's cholesterol down 3 points in a few weeks with diet and exercise and her Alzheimer’s seemed to be getting better.

Assumption of Risk: Robert Lopez knew that if he didn’t file my court documents there would be a warrant issued for my arrest, Ronny Lynn Bailey would win all the court cases between me and him, I would be in jail and the computers with the access to the source code for the car lot program would be easily accessible to Ron Bailey if I was incarcerated.

Absolute liability: Robert Lopez knew when he didn’t perform the duties required as an attorney I would be arrested and his business deals with Ron Bailey would profit.

General Damages: Worrying if I’m going to be arrested at anytime for failure to appear, not able to sleep, not able to program computers and sell computer software (earn money), not being able to go out in public without being arrested etc...

Punitive Damages: Robert Lopez neglecting his agreed upon duties as my acting attorney was defiantly done in a malicious, vicious, and willful manner. 

As my attorney Robert Lopez was supposed to fulfill the following four specific duties: 

Loyalty (not to be meeting, making business plans etc... with the person pressing charges against me) If I would have been incarcerated, Ronny Lynn Bailey would have access to the source code for the car lot program and Robert Lopez and Ron Bailey's business deals would profit.

Obedience (like subpoena the phone calls to 911 like I asked him to do on December 31, 2015)

Disclosure (like telling me when I hired him he was old family friends with the complainants family and had previously done business deals with the Bailey family and was currently working for or with Ronny Lynn Bailey the complainant)

Confidentiality like not discussing the case and making plans with the person pressing charges against me as Robert Lopez did when he met with Ron Bailey.
